Privacy policy

This website is run by Berzek SH.P.K., a limited liability company registered in Kosovo (business number NUI 812235374). We decide how the data described here is used.

For any question about privacy, write to contact@usecasemind.com.

We only collect what this site needs:

• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), topic, budget (optional) and message.
• Spam protection: a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser's user agent and the time you sent the form.
• Analytics, only if you allow it: Plausible Analytics counts page visits, referrers, country and device type. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
• Server logs: our host processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

This site doesn't use cookies. If we ask whether to count your visit, your answer is kept in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal or a CaseMind demo (your request).
• To keep the contact form free of spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To understand which pages are useful, only if you allow analytics (your consent).

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use a few service providers, each only for its own task:

• Vercel: hosting the website.
• Neon: storing contact form submissions.
• Resend: delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
• Plausible: privacy-friendly analytics, only with your consent.

We may also share data where the law requires it, for example on a valid order from a court or authority.

These providers may process data outside Kosovo. In those cases we rely on the safeguards allowed by Kosovo's law on personal data protection.

• We keep contact form submissions, including the hashed IP address, for up to 12 months after our last contact with you.
• If we start working together, we keep our correspondence for as long as the agreement and the law require.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to contact@usecasemind.com.

Connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Only the Berzek team can access contact form submissions.

Under Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@usecasemind.com.

If we ask about analytics, you can change your answer at any time with Privacy settings at the bottom of every page.

You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency (Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi). Where the EU's GDPR applies to you, you have the same rights under it.

If this policy changes, we update it here. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
